DAVID L. HURVITZ*
Mr. Hurvitz graduated from Stetson University College of Law in May of 2008. Mr. Hurvitz also received his Master of Business Administration from Stetson University School of Business Administration in May of 2008. In addition, Mr. Hurvitz received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 2005.
Mr. Hurvitz is admitted to the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. Mr. Hurvitz is a member of the Pinellas County Inns of Court for Family Law Attorneys, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Clearwater Bar Association, and the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Hurvitz has experience in all aspects of Family Law, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, dependency, adoptions, and appeals. Mr. Hurvitz primarily practices in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, and also represents clients in Pasco, Sarasota, Manatee, Polk, and Collier counties since 2008.
Mr. Hurvitz is a member of the Family Law Canakaris Inns of Court for Pinellas County, as well as a member of the Hillsborough and Pinellas County Bar Associations. Being a member of the above organizations has allowed Mr. Hurvitz the opportunity to increase his knowledge of all areas of family law, and has given Mr. Hurvitz insight into new and creative ways of helping his clients reach their individual goals in their respective cases.
STEPHEN K. HACHEY
Stephen was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University, Stephen worked as a tax consultant for Arthur Andersen LLP in Chicago, Illinois.
Stephen entered the Florida State University College of Law in the Fall of 2002. While in law school, Stephen was heavily involved in the student government.
After receiving his Juris Doctor in the Spring of 2005, Stephen move to Tampa where he joined the Florida Default Law Group as a plaintiff’s foreclosure attorney.
